ALL ACADEMICS AND STAFF AT UCSD (excluding UCSD Healthcare)

SUBJECT:  Telephone System Maintenance Upgrade on May 23, 2003

We will be implementing a maintenance software upgrade to the campus telephone system on Friday, May 23rd. Due to this maintenance procedure, there will be no campus telephone service on Friday, May 23rd, from 9:00pm until 10:00pm (one hour). Medical Center phones will not be affected by this outage.

After the upgrade has been completed, you may have to turn on your 'Accept 2nd Call' by pressing the designated button and, if applicable, enable the 'Follow Me' (*2*) and/or the 'External Call Forward' (*23*) features on your phone.
