SUBJECT:  Appointment of Director, Career Services Center

I am pleased to announce that Andrew T. Ceperley has accepted the position of Director, Career Services Center, and will assume his duties on October 1, 2003.

Mr. Ceperley's professional career has been in career services. He has served as Assistant Director at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville and as Assistant Dean at the University of Texas, Austin, where he was responsible for providing comprehensive career services to students and alumni in the largest school of mass media and communications in the country. He currently serves as Associate Dean, Academic Support and Director, Career Center, at Santa Clara University.

Mr. Ceperley has a B.S. in Business Administration from Virginia Tech and a M.A. in Communication from the University of Virginia.
