UCSD Survey & iPod Prizes

You probably have already heard about the Student Satisfaction Survey for Business Affairs and our iPod raffle. I would like to formally invite you to participate in the survey. The survey will be available to you from January 18 through February 14, 2005 and we estimate it will only take about five to ten minutes to complete.

Your responses are vital so that we can truly meet your needs. We will study the survey results carefully and use the information to improve Business Affairs services. The responses and identifying information will be kept confidential and will only be used within the UCSD campus.

Once you complete the survey, you will automatically be entered to win an iPod U2 Special Edition for Mac and Windows. We are giving away 10 of these grand prizes on February 18, 2005. In addition to the iPods, the ten winners will also receive a $50 off coupon for "The Complete U2" compilation and an exclusive U2 poster.
