Award Program Recipients

On behalf of Chancellor Marye Anne Fox, I am pleased to announce the 2004 UCSD Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action and Diversity Award Program recipients.

The October 2004 announcement of the awards program invited and encouraged nominations to recognize those individuals, departments and organizational units who have made outstanding contributions in support of UCSD's commitment to diversity. A review committee comprised of representatives from each vice chancellor area evaluated the nominations and recommended, for the Chancellor's approval, the award recipients.

A ceremony will be held on Tuesday, February 8, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. at the Price Center Ballroom to recognize the following 2004 Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action and Diversity Awards recipients:
