A Faculty Webchat on Long-Range Planning with President Dynes, the systemwide Senate Leadership, Provost Greenwood, and SVP Bruce Darling is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, November 2, at 4 p.m. More detailed information is provided below. All faculty are invited to participate, and I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.

FACULTY WEBCHAT ON LONG-RANGE PLANNING

President Dynes has launched a long-range planning process for the University, focusing on what UC will need to look like in 2025 to meet the needs of the state and to preserve academic quality. A variety of opportunities for input from the UC community are being scheduled, and the first is a webchat with faculty on Wednesday, November 2, at 4 p.m. The webchat will offer faculty an opportunity to have an electronic dialogue with Provost M.R.C. Greenwood, Senior Vice President for University Affairs Bruce Darling, Academic Council Chair Clifford Brunk, and Vice Chair John Oakley about issues of long-term importance to the University.
