During the holiday season, UCSD Campus (excluding the hospitals and clinics) will officially close on December 23, 2005 through January 2, 2006. Resource Management and Planning Units will be accessible during the holiday schedule as follows:

· Administrative Records: OPEN – Dec 27, 28, 29, 2005; CLOSED – Dec. 23, 26, 30, and January 2, 2006. Contact number is (858) 534-3393.

· Analytical Studies & Space Planning: CLOSED - (REOPENS - January 3, 2006). Please call (858) 534-2579 or (858) 692-5852 in event of an emergency.

· Audit & Management Advisory Services: OPEN – Dec 27, 28, 29, 2005; CLOSED – Dec. 23, 26, 30, and January 2, 2006.

· AVC – Campus Planning: CLOSED - (REOPENS - January 3, 2006). Please call (858) 534-3059 in event of an emergency.

· Capital Planning: CLOSED - (REOPENS - January 3, 2006). Please call (858) 349-1173 in event of an emergency.

· Facilities Design & Construction: OPEN - Dec. 23, 2005 -- January 2, 2006

· Office of Contract & Grant Administration: CLOSED - (REOPENS – January 3, 2006).

· Physical Planning: CLOSED - (REOPENS – January 3, 2006). Please call (858) XXX-XXXX in event of an emergency. *
