E-Bill Notices Replace Paper Statements

Beginning October 2005, UCSD will no longer send paper billing statements to students or parents by mail. Instead, a current student will receive monthly E-Bill notices as they become available at their UCSD-issued e-mail address. Students also have the option to authorize parents or other payers to receive the monthly E-Bill notices via e-mail.

E-Bill will give both student and authorized parent/payer access to billing statements up to seven days earlier than by mail. Students and authorized parents/payers will have more time to review the bill and submit payment.

Each E-Bill notice contains a link to the student's account. The account information will indicate the amount due, the payment due date, and any additional charges incurred since the billing date. Students and authorized parents/payers will also have the convenience of submitting payments online using E-Check.
