I would like to remind you that the Freshman Seminar Program deadline for the submission of Winter Quarter 2006 seminar proposals is rapidly approaching. Student interest in freshman seminars is strong, and there is plenty of room for additional seminars. I encourage you to review your plans for teaching during winter quarter, and to offer a freshman seminar if your schedule permits.

Proposals can be submitted by e-mail, fax, campus mail or on-line (at http://academicaffairs.ucsd.edu/freshmanseminars.html). The website includes a printable version of the proposal form with instructions and other useful information.
