	Nomination Deadline Extended

The annual Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action and Diversity Awards Program will be held Wednesday, February 14, 2007. The event honors staff, faculty, students, departments, organizational units or groups that made outstanding contributions in the areas of equal opportunity, affirmative action, diversity, and the UCSD Principles of Community during 2006. If you would like to nominate someone for an award, simply complete a nomination form which can be downloaded from the following link - http://blink.ucsd.edu/go/diversityawards and submit it on or before Thursday, November 30, 2006. All members of the UCSD community are encouraged to nominate or endorse UCSD community members who deserve the title UCSD Community Champion.
