Proposed Revisions to APM 700 and APM 710 and Proposed New APM 711 and APM 080

The University invites comments on the proposed changes to Academic Personnel Policy APM 710 Leaves of Absence/Sick Leave and APM 700, Leaves of Absence/General; and proposed new policies APM 711, Reasonable Accommodation for Academic Appointees with Disabilities and APM 080, Medical Separation. These proposals have been developed in response to requests to clarify policy governing paid sick leave for academic appointees who do not accrue sick leave, and to develop new policies for reasonable accommodation, medical separation, and constructive resignation.
