Relocation of the Office of Graduate Studies (OGS)

The Office of Graduate Studies (OGS) is relocating to the newly constructed Student Services Center (SSC), 402 University Center (bldg. #931 on campus maps), located east of the Chancellor's Complex and southeast of the Price Center. Graduate Studies will occupy the fourth floor north wing of the building.

Graduate Studies offices will be closed for business Thursday, April 5th through Monday, April 9, 2007, reopening Tuesday, April 10, 2007. The following units of Graduate Studies will be closed April 5-9, 2007:

Graduate Studies Dean's Office
Graduate Student Affairs
Graduate Student Academic Affairs
Graduate Student Financial Support
Graduate Student Admissions
Administrative Services
IT Systems

During the transition, there will be a disruption of email, phone and mail services.

Mail codes will remain the same:
Office of Graduate Studies 0003
Graduate Admissions 0086

Telephone extensions will remain the same.

The Center for Teaching Development (CTD) will remain in their current location and will not be closing April 5-9, 2007.
