Nominations for Graduate Student Association Officer Elections

Dear Fellow Graduate and Professional Students:

The Graduate Student Association (GSA), which represents all UCSD graduate and professional students, will be holding their annual officer elections at their general meeting on Monday, May 14, 2007, at 6pm at Porter's Pub. Below is the current list of nominees for the positions:

President: Doug Jorgesen
VP Internal: Melanie Zauscher
VP Academic: (no nominations to date)
VP Finance: Sujata Emani, Akos Nemecz
VP External: Rob Martin
VP Campus: Griffin Brungraber

Nominations shall remain open until immediately prior to the vote on the position. If you or someone you know is interested in any of the six elected officer positions, please contact any member of the current GSA Council (or me at gsapresident@ucsd.edu) to be nominated.
