Partial Occupancy - East Campus Graduate Student Housing

The construction of East Campus Graduate Housing is nearing completion. The site is located at One Miramar Road, to the west of Mesa Graduate Housing.

This project consists of six buildings: Buildings #1 through #4 are apartments; Building #5 is Administration, and Building #6 is the Parking Structure.

Occupancy began on July 7, 2007 for Building #2.

Buildings #1 and #6 will remain under the control of the contractor. Until a Certificate of Occupancy and Campus Notice have been published, no access is permitted to these buildings by non-construction and/or non-delivery personnel.
