Resource Management and Planning Holiday Schedule

During the holiday season, UCSD Campus (excluding the hospitals and clinics) will officially be closed December 19, 2009 through January 3, 2010. Resource Management and Planning (RMP) divisions and operations that will be closed during this period include:

* Audit & Management Advisory Services

* Campus Budget Office

* Campus Planning (including Capital Planning, Financial Analysis Office, Institutional Research, and Planning Data and Systems)

* Real Estate

* Strategic Campus Resource Initiatives (including Community Planning and Physical Planning)

* Policy & Records Administration

* Real Estate

* Strategic Energy Initiatives

The following RMP units will remain open, with minimal staffing and limited services:

* Facilities Management units, as follows:

Bookstore – Open

Campus Resource Machine Shop – Contact (858) 534-2910 for services

Child Care – Contact (858) 246-0900 for more information on available services

Imprints - Open with limited staffing

Facilities Management – Several areas will remain operational to conduct maintenance activities and provide other necessary services. For emergency services contact (858) 534-2930 and your call will be referred to an appropriate team member for response.

Transportation Services – Closed

For customer service relating to those departments that will remain open, but with limited staffing, please use their individual contact phone numbers to request services.
