SUBJECT:    Relocation of Office of Contract and Grant Administration (OCGA)

The offices of the OCGA are temporarily relocating to the Mandeville Center on the campus.

Mandeville Center is located on Muir College just south of Sun God statue. OCGA will be occupying the upper and lower levels of the building, with room 127 designated for mail, package and in-person deliveries. The mail code (0934) and all staff telephone numbers will remain the same.

OCGA staff will be moving from their current offices in Torrey Pines Center North on Wednesday November 10 and expect to be operational again by Monday November 15. Following is the schedule for limited access to OCGA between the 10th until the 15th:

November 10: Minimally available
November 11: University holiday (Veteran’s Day)
November 12: Most staff will be remotely available with access to voice
mail and email
November 15: Resuming full service at Mandeville Hall

Please take this schedule into consideration by submitting proposal requests to OCGA as early as possible, in anticipation that this relocation will impact the immediate availability of our staff from November 10 to November 15.
