Freshman Seminar Program and Senior Seminar Program - Proposals for Spring Quarter 2011

I am writing to encourage your participation in the Freshman Seminar and Senior Seminar Programs and remind you that the deadline for the submission of Spring Quarter 2011 seminar proposals is WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2010. Faculty will receive a $1,000 research stipend (not as salary, but as funding available to support various academic expenses) for each Freshman Seminar that meets the minimum enrollment requirement, however, there is no longer a stipend for offering Senior Seminars.

We are also continuing to open sections of repeat seminars for Winter Quarter 2011.
