SUBJECT:	Freshman Seminar Program and Senior Seminar Program -
	Fall Quarter 2010 Proposal Deadline

I am writing to encourage your participation in the Freshman Seminar and Senior Seminar Programs. The deadline for the submission of Fall Quarter 2010 seminar proposals has been extended. The Freshman Seminar Program will be offering a $1,000 stipend for the 2010-11 academic year. Please note that due to program funding reductions associated with the budget crisis, it will no longer be possible to provide stipends for those who offer Senior Seminars.
