| SUBJECT: | CONSTRUCTION ALERT - East Campus Roadwork Update and Lot P753 Staff Access Re-routing Notification |
The East Campus Utility Infrastructure project is underway in various locations throughout the East Campus. Beginning February 9, 2011 Medical Center Drive (North) will be closed to public traffic west of Thornton Hospital. Parking lot P753 (staff lot behind Thornton Hospital) will only be accessible via Medical Center Drive (South) as shown on the attached map until further notice. Access to the Thornton Hospital front entrance and Lot P751 for patients and visitors will remain available. Please note that signage will be posted to identify the changes. Because there will be only one point of entry and exit for accessing the lot, we encourage staff to arrive early to avoid delays and alleviate some of the potential congestion during peak hours (shift change).
