U.S. Postal Service Rate Hike - Effective April 17, 2011

The Postal Rate Commission and the Board of Governors from the U.S. Postal Service made the decision to increase postal rates for certain types of mail, effective April 17, 2011.

The rate for the first ounce of First Class Mail delivered in the United States is NOT increasing. However, rates for additional ounces of First Class Mail, bulk mail, postcards and letters to Canada and Mexico are increasing.
