CONSTRUCTION ALERT – East Campus Roadwork Update

Project Description/Location

Infrastructure improvements are underway in multiple locations throughout the East Campus. On March 13th, 2011 an additional segment of Medical Center Drive (North) will be closed as depicted in the area map provided in the link noted below. Only one inbound traffic lane to Thornton Hospital, Perlman Medical Offices and parking lot P751 (patient and visitor lot) will be available. Summer 2011 is the expected completion date for the initial phase of this roadwork. To alleviate potential congestion it is requested that all faculty and staff access the East Campus via Regents road and Health Sciences Drive.

Immediate Street Impacts

On Sunday March 13, 2011 an additional lane of Medical Center Drive (North) will be closed. Flagmen will be present during the transition process and signage will be posted to assist in directing traffic.
