I write to you from Sacramento today, where the University of California, California State University and California Community Colleges have teamed-up to fight for long-term, stable funding for higher education.

I am here with other faculty and staff to voice our common interests and concerns during meetings with legislators. It's equally important that you lend your voice to the cause. Our message has more impact if the legislators also hear from you about the value UC and UC San Diego deliver to California.
