Appointment of Interim Director – Financial Analysis

I am delighted to announce that Darryl James will assume responsibilities as Interim Director of the Financial Analysis Office effective July 1, 2011. Mr. James is filling the position held by Bill Brophy, who has elected to retire after 27 years of outstanding service to the University. As Interim Director, Mr. James’ primary responsibilities will include the development of campus overhead rates and the acquisition and administration of external financing. Darryl’s excellent analytical skills and knowledge of cost accounting standards and applicable federal guidelines, State statutes, and university policies make him exceptionally well suited to serve in this capacity.
