SUBJECT:

PARKING IMPACTS Related to Central Research Services Facility Construction

As announced in the Construction Alert dated February 1, 2012, construction is scheduled to begin in the southeast portion of parking lot P604 in early April, 2012.

Immediate parking impacts:

• Parking will be limited during construction
• Access to lot P604 will occasionally be restricted to one lane.

Parking alternatives:

• Transportation Services has increased the number of “A” and “B” spaces in the Gilman Parking Structure, and lots P102 and P103 located on Scholars Drive in the Theater District.

• East Campus lots P701, P702 and P704 offer ample parking availability and are served by two shuttle routes. The Mesa Shuttle provides service to the intersection of Gilman and Myers Roads, and the East/Regents Shuttle provides service to the Price Center.
