Allocation, Reallocation and Administration of Gifts and Bequests (410-20)

Effective March 5, 2012, UC San Diego has issued a policy and procedure related to the allocation, reallocation and administration of gift funds when a donor to the university is no longer living or unavailable, and has not provided all of the necessary information for the administration of a gift or bequest. This policy is related to UC Systemwide Guidelines governing the same issue that have been in effect since 2006.
