Family Member Eligibility Verification Project - Health and Welfare Benefits

Many members of the UC San Diego community have received family member verification packets at their home addresses from Secova, Inc., the firm managing UC's family member eligibility verification project. The purpose of this important project is to ensure that all family members enrolled in UC-sponsored health and welfare plans are eligible for coverage.

All faculty, staff and retirees who have one or more family members enrolled for coverage will need to provide the required documentation requested by Secova in order to continue their eligible family members in the University sponsored health and welfare plans.

All required documentation must be submitted to Secova by the deadline date of Thursday, May 17, 2012 to avoid de-enrollment from the health and welfare plans.
