SUBJECT:   Notice of Meeting - May 22, 2012 Representative Assembly Meeting

Dear Colleagues:

Our last meeting of the 2011-12 academic year is scheduled for Tuesday, May 22 at 3:30 p.m., in the Leichtag Building Conference Room. The Notice of Meeting (agenda) and all pertinent documents may be found on the Senate's Web page at:

SPECIAL DISCUSSION TOPICS: The Committee on Planning and Budget will present a report on campus budget transparency. The Graduate Council will recommend approval of a new B.S./M.S. degree program in NanoEngineering. In addition, the Health Sciences Faculty Council will present a proposal to extend departmental voting privileges to certain non-Senate faculty series.

Under regular business, the Committee on Planning and Budget, the Senate Council, the Faculty of Warren College, and the Faculty of the School of Medicine will propose changes to various Divisional Bylaws and Appendices.
