CONSTRUCTION ALERT UPDATE - Central Research Services Facility Project

Project Description/Location:

Construction of the Central Research Services Facility will begin early July 2012. The Central Research Services Facility will be located in Parking Lot P604, and is a 3-story, above grade structure totaling approximately 41,000 square feet. This project centralizes critical research support facilities that are currently spread throughout the campus and provides much needed office space for several campus departments. Completion of the facility is scheduled for Summer 2013.

Immediate Developments:

During construction activities the southeast portion of Parking Lot P604 will not be available. Access and egress to lot P604 will be limited to the access road off Osler Lane only. At times, this access road may be limited to one lane only, however, at those times a flagman and traffic control will be present.
