CONSTRUCTION ALERT – La Jolla Playhouse Landscape Project

Project Description/Location:

The project consists of the complete renovation of the landscape area at the main entrance to the Theater District. The renovation limit of work is bordered by Revelle College Drive (west), Scholar’s Drive South (north), Mandell Weiss Forum and Potiker Theaters (east), and Mandell Weiss Theater (South).

Immediate Street Impacts:

Beginning on January 22, 2013 and continuing until August 26, 2013 delivery activity to the Theater District will impact Revelle College Drive and Scholars Drive South. These roads will not be closed during the construction but more traffic will be experienced. The pedestrian sidewalk that parallels Revelle College Drive will be closed between January 22, 2013 and April 22, 2013. Alternate pedestrian route will be provided through the Theater District.
