Proposed Revisions to Systemwide Academic Personnel Policies

The University invites comments on proposed revisions to Academic Personnel Manual Section 025 (APM 025), Conflict of Commitment and Outside Activities of Faculty Members, and APM 670, Health Sciences Compensation Plan.

In addition, comments are invited on a proposed new section of the manual, APM Section 671, Conflict of Commitment and Outside Professional Activities of Health Sciences Compensation Plan Participants, as described below:

The proposal is responsive to campus administrator and faculty requests to clarify the purpose, scope, and compliance requirements concerning conflict of commitment policy for general campus faculty and for Health Sciences Compensation Plan faculty.
