SUBJECT:    Retroactive Bi-weekly Pay Increase

The 3 percent pay increase for policy covered bi-weekly staff that took effect on July 7, 2013 has been revised to an effective date of June 23, 2013. The Office of the President has revised the effective date to align the timing of the pay increase with the 1.5 percent increase in employee contributions to the UC Retirement Plan.

The October 9, 2013 bi-weekly paycheck will include an additional amount to reflect the 3 percent increase for the June 23 through July 6, 2013 pay period.
