OCGA Holiday Closure Dates, 2013

During the holiday season, UCSD Campus (excluding the hospitals and clinics) will officially be closed December 23, 2013 through January 1, 2014. OCGA will be closed during this period and the contract and grant officers and analysts will not be available to review and submit proposals, or take action on award negotiations.

Principal Investigators and Department/ORU administrators should be mindful of this closure when planning the submission of proposals with deadlines that fall between these dates, as well as deadlines in early January 2014. Proposals with deadlines from December 23 2013 through January 1 2014 will be treated as if the sponsor deadline is Friday December 20, 2013. In accordance with OCGA Timely Submission of Proposal Guidelines, the final proposals with the draft science must be submitted to OCGA not later than 8am Monday, December 16, 2013. The final complete version of the proposal including the final science narrative must be submitted to OCGA by noon Thursday, December 19, 2013.
