Strategic Planning Town Halls: Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

UC San Diego has embarked on a strategic planning initiative to develop shared goals and a unifying vision for the future of our campus. It is imperative that our faculty, staff and students engage in discussion about how equity, diversity and inclusion is reflected in the resulting plan. There are multiple opportunities for you to share your views.

I invite you to attend one of the upcoming Town Hall sessions. You will learn more about the strategic planning process and our progress to date. Most important, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences and your ideas about how we can insure an outstanding experience for diverse students, as well as attract and retain diverse staff and faculty.

I have scheduled two Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Town Hall meetings:

Monday, February 25, 2013

Tuesday, February 26, 2013
Student Services Center
Multipurpose Room
4:30-6:30 PM

Each Town Hall will begin with a presentation about the strategic planning process. Thereafter you will have the opportunity to share your views. Light refreshments will be served.
