Sign up to showcase your department or student organization at Triton Day.

We’ll provide the basics for your table set up (table, chairs, and umbrella) and we want you to bring interactive displays, hands-on demonstrations, and/or visuals of exceptional work/research/projects/experiments. Student organizations may also register here through an exclusive Student Organization registration page with expanded participation options such as performance and food sales.

Please note: Registration closes on March 6 at 5:00pm. If you’d like to open your lab, studio, gallery, or any other space on Triton Day to admitted students and families, please contact Kati Dickson via email at kdickson@ucsd.edu or by phone at 858-246-0269.

For more information about Triton Day please read below:

Triton Day showcases UC San Diego as a living laboratory for learning, research and development, and offers prospective students insight into their potential future as a member of the Triton family. Admitted students and their families will explore the campus for a day of education and fun.

The goal of this important endeavor is to have fun, and to support our admissions efforts by encouraging these students – some of the best and brightest high school seniors in California, the nation, and the world – to choose UC San Diego. The experience we create for them on Triton Day will greatly impact that choice. Broad campus participation from all academic areas, student support services, student organizations, and administrative support units will be essential to achieving our goal.

In addition, many volunteers will be needed to make this day a great success. Look for future notices about Triton Day volunteer opportunities on the Volunteer 50 website http://volunteer50.ucsd.edu/

We look forward to your participation in Triton Day 2013.
