UC Office of the President Update on Supreme Court Rulings on the Defense of Marriage Act and Proposition 8

The University of California Office of the President has provided an update to the steps that the University is taking to implement changes resulting from the Supreme Court's rulings on the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and Proposition 8. Additionally, the update has important information for faculty and staff who need to take action regarding their benefits as a result of the ruling.
