January 28, 2014 Representative Assembly Meeting

Dear Colleagues:

The January 2014 Representative Assembly meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 28th at 3:30 p.m., in the Leichtag Building Conference Room. The Notice of Meeting (agenda) and all pertinent documents may be found on the Senate's Web page at: http://senate.ucsd.edu/assembly/agenda/current.htm.

Executive Vice Chancellor Subramani will address the Assembly at this meeting and Ramesh Rao, Director of the Qualcomm Institute, the UCSD Division of CalIT2, will discuss innovation space. Proposals to establish a MAS in Data Science and Engineering and a number of proposed revisions to Division regulations will be considered.

All Senate members are welcome. If you are a Representative Assembly member and cannot attend the meeting, please be sure to notify your alternate to do so in your stead. Your participation matters. I look forward to seeing you on January 28th.
