SUBJECT:    CONSTRUCTION ALERT – Parking Lot P703 Temporary MRI and Office Trailer Installation

Project Description/Location:

The MRI cassette (trailer) is being delivered to the construction site located at the SW corner by the intersection of Voigt Drive and Health Sciences Drive with the delivery path projecting diagonally through parking lot P703. The lot will be used by the construction team as a path of travel for the MRI cassette as well as the area immediately east of Radiation Oncology, which will be used for the staging and placement of the cassette.

Delivery of the trailer will take place on October 31st at 7:00 p.m. Placement will take place on November 1st starting at 6:00 a.m. The entire P703 lot will be closed on Friday, October 31st at 9:00 p.m. and will remain closed until Sunday, November 2nd at 8:00 a.m.

Immediate Street Traffic, Bike Lane and Pedestrian Impacts:

All impacts occur within parking lot P703 and the sidewalk surrounding the corner of Voigt and Health Sciences. These areas will be closed to all pedestrians and bicyclists. Pedestrians and bicyclists are instructed to use the sidewalk and bike lines along the west side of Voigt Drive near P704.
