Dear Colleagues:
Our first meeting of the 2014-15 academic year is scheduled for Tuesday, October 14th at 3:30 p.m., in the Garren Auditorium of the Biomedical Sciences Building (first floor). The Notice of Meeting (agenda) and all pertinent documents may be found at the following two locations:

The Chancellor will address the Assembly at this meeting, as will Bruce Dunn, Associate Dean-University Extension, who will speak about joint Extension-department initiatives to provide UCSD courses to high school and community students.
Four proposals to reduce general education requirements and improve time to degree in Revelle, Warren, Eleanor Roosevelt and Sixth Colleges will be presented.
If you are a Representative Assembly member and cannot attend next week’s meeting, please be sure to notify your alternate to do so in your stead. Your participation matters. I look forward to seeing you on October 14th.
