BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL SERVICES December 1, 2014
During the holiday season, UC San Diego (excluding the hospitals and clinics) will officially be closed December 24, 2014 through January 2, 2015. The Business and Financial Services (BFS) divisions and operations that will be closed during this period include the Office of the Controller/BFS Administration, Central Cashier, Disbursements and Travel, Express Card Program, General Accounting, Office of Post Award Financial Services, Payroll, Postal Center/Passport Office, Procurement & Contracts, Program Management & Business Integration, Student Business Services and UCSD UCPath Office. There are important transaction cut-off dates and contacts for Disbursements and Travel, the Express Card Program, Payroll, and Procurement & Contracts. Mail Services, Student Mail and Material Support Services will remain open, but will have reduced schedules and limited services.
