Dear Colleagues:
The December 2014 meeting of the Representative Assembly will be held on Tuesday, December 9th at 3:30 p.m., in the Garren Auditorium of the Biomedical Sciences Building (first floor). The Notice of Meeting (agenda) and all pertinent documents may be found at the following two locations:

lower right side of the page.

The Chancellor will address the Assembly at this meeting, as will Vice Chancellor Gary Matthews, who will provide a facilities management update. In addition, two members of Representative Assembly will be elected to Senate Council, and three proposals to revise Senate Regulations will be considered.
If you are a Representative Assembly member and cannot attend next week’s meeting, please be sure to notify your alternate to do so in your stead. Your participation matters. I look forward to seeing you on December 9th.
