Salary Plan for 2014-15

I am pleased to inform you that Chancellor Pradeep Khosla has approved a salary increase program for non-represented (policy-covered) staff for the 2014-15 fiscal year. Effective July 1, 2014, the program calls for a 3 percent increase, with 2 percent distributed as an across-the-board increase and the remaining 1 percent used for merit-based increases.

This salary program does not apply to student employees.

Human Resources is developing implementation guidelines that will be issued within the next month. Details regarding a salary program for employees covered by academic personnel policies will be issued at a later date.

We appreciate the many contributions and services provided by our staff in supporting the University's mission and goals.
