Health Plan Survey

Dear Colleagues:

The Academic Senate is interested in learning of your experiences with your health plan. Are there “holes” in coverage, or shortcomings in services that you have noticed? Do you have adequate coverage within network or at tier 1 costs? Has accessibility (in terms of time, convenience, or other factors) been acceptable? How does accessibility compare to your previous insurance?

Please help us gather information about the impact of the changes to the health care plans. Attached is a link to a brief anonymous Senate questionnaire covering these topics. Please submit your responses by Wednesday, May 7.
