Hopkins Drive Closure August 29 - 31, 2014

UCSD will be hosting JACK JOHNSON at RIMAC Field on Saturday, August 30th from 5:00pm-10:30pm. Due to the event and construction of event infrastructure, Hopkins Drive will be closed from 7:00pm on Friday, August 29th through 12:00 PM on Sunday, August 31st. During that time Hopkins Drive will be closed to all traffic between Scholars Drive North and Voigt Drive.

Please note these additional impacts to parking and transportation on campus on August 30, 2014:

- Voigt Drive will be closed to the general public west-bound traffic between Engineers Lane and Hopkins Drive from 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

- Access to Hopkins Parking Structure, P308 (Marshall Lower Apartments Lot) and P309 (Library Loop on Hopkins Drive) will be available from Voigt Drive only until 12:00 PM. After 12:00 PM inbound traffic will be limited to event-related vehicles. Please note that outbound traffic from Hopkins Parking Structure will be subject to delays.

-Spanos Loop (P359) on Northpoint Lane will be closed from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

We encourage you to find alternate parking on Saturday, August 30th, 2014 to help ease congestion, reduce your delays and facilitate pedestrian traffic to and from the Concert on Hopkins Drive.
