CONSTRUCTION ALERT – 4715 Muir Field Improvements

Project Description/Location:

The project will provide upgrades to existing Muir Field, located south of Muir Housing. The scope includes replacing the existing turf playing field with a synthetic grass system, upgrades to existing playing field lighting, and enhancements to field perimeter facilities, including landscape and irrigation.

There will be trucks, heavy construction equipment, fencing, and occasional traffic control near the construction site entrance.

Immediate Street Traffic, Bicycle and Pedestrian Impacts:

On or about January 26, 2015, construction activities will begin. Project will have minor impact to existing vehicular movement, and pedestrian and bicycle route circulation in the area. Please be aware of and obey any construction signage and flagman directions.
