The University invites comments on Proposed Revised University of California Policy on Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment as described below: The proposal revises current Interim Policy on Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence to comply with policy requirements mandated by the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act (VAWA 2013) and federal guidelines addressing domestic violence, sexual violence, and sexual harassment. The UC Policy on Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment is a Systemwide Presidential policy that applies to all University employees, which includes all faculty and other academic appointees, students, and staff.

Responses will be open through October 29, 2015.
