As part of our continuing improvement efforts, an IdeaWave Campaign focused on improving the staff performance appraisal process, is being launched today. Faculty and Staff are encouraged to contribute concrete, actionable, and bold ideas that will help us develop and implement an innovative approach, in order to simplify the process and make it more meaningful for both staff and supervisors.

New ideas can be submitted through IdeaWave at the following link: http://blink.ucsd.edu/sponsor/scspoc/ideawave/index.html. The submission deadline is December 13, 2015.

From December 14 through December 20, 2015, Faculty and Staff may comment and vote on the ideas that have been submitted.
