OCGA Holiday Closure Dates, 2015

During the holiday season, UC San Diego Campus (excluding the hospitals and clinics) will officially be closed December 24, 2015 through January 3, 2016. OCGA will be closed during this period and the contract and grant officers and analysts will not be available to review and submit proposals, or take action on award negotiations.

Principal Investigators and Department/ORU administrators should be mindful of this closure when planning the submission of proposals with deadlines that fall between these dates, as well as deadlines in early January 2016. Proposals with deadlines from December 24, 2015 through January 3, 2016 will be treated as if the sponsor deadline is Friday December 18, 2015. In accordance with OCGA Timely Submission of Proposal Guidelines, the final proposals with the draft science must be submitted to OCGA not later than 8:00 a.m. Monday, December 14, 2015. The final complete version of the proposal including the final science narrative must be submitted to OCGA by noon Thursday, December 17, 2015.
