Geisel Library Building Special Closure, December 21 - 23, 2015

The Geisel Library building will be CLOSED Monday, December 21, 2015 - Wednesday, December 23, 2015, in addition to the standard campus holiday closure December 24, 2015 - January 3, 2016. We are taking the unusual step of closing Geisel these additional three days to make quick and concentrated progress on some particularly disruptive construction projects.

During this special closure, arrangements will be in place to provide partial access to some Geisel collections and services. Information about these measures can be found at
http://lib.ucsd.edu/geisel-special-closure. Access to online resources and services will be unaffected. Additionally, the Biomedical Library Building will remain open on its regular intersession schedule December 21 - 23.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this Geisel special closure may cause. Faculty, staff, and students are strongly encouraged to plan their work accordingly.
