2015 YWCA TWIN Award Nominations for Women Staff

The Chancellor’s Advisory Committee on the Status of Women (CSW) is seeking nominations for women in staff positions for this year’s YWCA’s “Tribute to Women & Industry” (TWIN) Award. Since 1981, CSW has alternated nominating UC San Diego Faculty and Staff women for the award.

The YWCA initiated this program to augment the efforts of companies in recognizing their female employees for outstanding achievement. The criteria for the nomination are:

* Honoree must occupy a management, executive or professional position with responsibility for a major component of your company/organization.

* Honoree must have made an outstanding achievement within your company/organization.

The Chancellor and Executive Vice endorse and submit the final nomination in March to the YWCA. The campus nominee, along with other women throughout the San Diego area, will be honored at a benefit luncheon on May 21, 2015.
