Salary Increase for Non-Academic Eligible Policy-Covered (Non-Represented) Staff at UC San Diego

I am pleased to inform you of a 3% across-the-board salary increase for non-academic eligible non-represented UC San Diego employees, as identified in the 2015-2016 Salary Program. The salary increase will be effective June 21, 2015 for bi-weekly employees (to appear on August 26, 2015 paycheck) and July 1, 2015 for monthly employees (to appear on September 1, 2015 paycheck).

The increase will be implemented centrally by the Campus Human Resources Office in August 2015. Eligible staff will be those hired on or before January 2, 2015 into a career or contract position with an appointment at 50% or more for at least a year. An employee's most recent performance rating must be satisfactory/solid or better. Fiscal contacts in the EVC's and VCs' offices will receive distribution details in the coming week.
