We are excited to announce the launch of a new IdeaWave campaign focused
on refining the campus experience with managing event-related
transactions at UC San Diego. From planning, paying, and receiving
services, to reconciling expenses, the entire event services process
should be accessible, efficient, and cost-effective. To find the best
solutions, your ideas are invited to ensure that your perspective is
well-understood.
New ideas can be submitted through IdeaWave at the following link:
(https://ideawave.ucsd.edu/). The submission deadline is February 3,
2016.
From February 4 through February 10, 2016, you may continue to comment
and vote on the ideas that have been submitted.
After collecting ideas and comments from all areas, the evaluation
process will lead to recommendations on next steps, which may include
leveraging existing applications and developing new tools. We plan to
identify solutions from this collaborative process and begin
implementation in 2016.
